We want you to love what you ordered from Klar Atelier. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
How to start a return
- Email support@klaratelier.com with your order number and reason
- We send you a return label within 24 hours
- Ship the item back — once received and inspected, your refund is processed in 5-10 business days to the original payment method
Items that cannot be returned
- Personal-care items (hygiene reasons)
- Custom/personalised orders
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items marked as such at checkout
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original.
Refund processing
Refunds appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
