Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Klar Atelier. We ship to DE and select international destinations.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times
- DE domestic: 3-7 business days
- EU / Europe: 5-12 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over 50 € within DE.
Customs & duties
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and VAT according to your country's regulations. These are not included in our shipping costs.
Tracking
Once your order ships you receive a tracking link by email. If you don't see the email, check spam or contact support@klaratelier.com.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or the package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, email support@klaratelier.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
